Do you need the same module compiled with different options for different machines ?
Or the same module works on any machine ?

pxesconfig allows you to manage both cases, and I think that even the 
monolithic kernel situation if you don't use autodetect.
pxesconfig supports specifying -s stockdir and -k kernel in the command
line, so you can have as many stocks, kernels, archs, etc. as you want.
