I have the VIA Rhine NIC on the HP t5300 and it boots PXE. The specs for t5300 can be viewed here: http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/11731_na/11731_na.HTML It doesnt really say what kind of VIA Rhine card it is, but its a Via Rhine II Fast Ethernet Adapter v2.23 and it boots from PXE. Hope that helps :) Regards, Einar Eliassen -----Opprinnelig melding----- Fra: Luca Corti [mailto:[email protected]] Sendt: 16. april 2004 09:34 Til: [email protected] Emne: RE: [pxes-devel] Tranquilpc T3 On Thu, 2004-04-15 at 23:13, Craig FALCONER wrote: > It should run fine - you'll have to choose VIA C3 as the CPU type, but > other than that it's a standard PC in a funky small quiet case. My doubt was about PXE booting. Does the Via Rhine boot via PXE? > You have to see if the costs add up.. One of those is going to be far > more expensive than an old pentium. Well, not so much if you compare it with purchasing a new PC. And you can't buy an old-pentium easily. bye Luca CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE This message and its attachments are confidential and may also be privileged.
