I think you're looking for the PXES howto in a m$ only environment.  See

I used this to get mine going.  It works very well.  To answer your
question directly, you need to download the prebuilt image and then use
LAN PXE.

The 2000 service utility worked fine on 2003 to make the 2003 tftp
service autoload so before you ask yes that will work too.

Can I boot from Floppy or LAN PXE?
