Grrr

This new hardware is being a real pain.

First we had cdrom booting issues. Fixed that by using an iDoC flash
drive from M-systems. The flash drives are much nicer than the cd boot
option.

But now I ran into an issue with VNC. It runs fine untill you go to full
screen mode. After switching to full screen, the keyboard is lost. Well
not really lost but VNC dose not grab the keyboard in full screen mode.

I did a little research and found the grabKeyboard attribute for X
resources. If I boot up the thinclient, in stand alone mode, create an
~/.Xdefaults file containing "grabKeyboard: True", and start VNC with
"vncviewer -fullscreen host:port" in an xterm window, VNC runs fine.

Cool found the fix right, wrong. When I added the Xdefaults file to my
VNC boot image, VNC fails to grab the keyboard :-( So I thought maybe it
was not finding the Xdefaults file, So I put one at each of the
following locations

/etc/X11
~/
/
/usr/lib/X11R6/lib/app-defaults

But still no keyboard action.

Does anyone have any words of wisdom to share? I sure could use a few
