Yes after searching more, I find that : 
I have to put the cdrom drive on the first ide bus. Because of taking of 
the hard disk, pxes is not be able to find the cdrom driver on the second 
bus. 
Don't know if it's specific to Dell computers or ide.

Have you enabled it in pxesconfig ?
