RE: Local printing

From the limited information - I'd guess that you want to turn on this:

On the Optional Local Devices screen of pxesconfig (assumes ver 0.8)
The third section down is "Parallel or serial printer configuration"
Turn on Enable local printer support
And set Device to /dev/printers/0 for lpt1
Leave port at 9100

Then boot that config on your thin clients.  (I have this on for all my thin clients, regardless of whether they have printers or not.)

On your server, you need to set up a printer icon that points at the ip of your thin client, and port 9100.

Windows 2000, XP, etc have a TCPIP printer port.  If you're using something else then it needs to print to ipofclient:9100
