Custom CD creation problem

I am trying to create an ICA only client with the latest PXES package
(0.8).  Technically, you only support version 6.30.1052 or 7.00.77757.
If I would like to use other version of the ICA client, how can I go
about doing this?  The problem is that on citrix website, I only find
7.04 and 7.08 ICA client.  Also, we would like to test out the latest
version (ie. 8.0) also.  I know the versions I am suggesting are not
supported, but was just wondering if this is something that can be
implemented for testing only
