Thank you that worked.

Now my understanding _was_ that the initrd file was built by pxeconfig
from the instructions given to the wizard.

When I first ran pxeconfig there was no initrd file in /tftp/pxes. The
wizard suggested a name and I went with it. It seemed to build an initrd
file with the suggested name... but as we have seen that didn't work.

So what am i doing wrong?
