Questions about Remote Configuration

Is it possible to pause the boot process at the point where the
initrd attempts to tftp down the 
remote configuration file? 
 
Is there a way to specify the config directory and config file via
the kernel command line? 
 
Where can I find a list of all the possible PXES kernel command line
parameters?
