Can you see the
"Running wfica, please wait..."
message before ?
Perhaps you need to add some sleep to avoid a race condition.
Try adding 'sleep 2' or 'sleep 3' just before '${DEBUG} $ICAROOT/wfica
$ICAO $ICA_ERR' in wfica.sh
