That's right. I don't like smb so much and probably i'd never thought about to 
use smb protokoll in an mostly non MS environment. 
And yes, it is an easy to handle solution for my situation, maybe better than 
nfs.

BTW: Are there problems with PXES-0.9 and server based configuration files? 
Maybe I've forgotten to do some configuration.
