I am using PXES9 now in our school labs, and it runs great! Last year the machines ran as fat clients, with a scanner in each classroom for the students to use, and I would like to get them working again. I have a few questions... Information on the setup: 4 different labs booting PXES to connect to a Windows 2003 TS. Has anyone set up scanners to work on these terminals? Does anyone have a how-to in the works? Would the scanners be available to Windows programs to use, or would it have to be used in linux? I would like to be able to use network scanning to scan from any machine, would I need a dedicated machine to share the scanner? If I can get this working, I will more than gladly write up a detailed how-to for everyone else.
