First, make sure that PXES detects your sound card as the machine boots.
You will see when the module for the sound card is loaded.
Next, on the server, go to:
Administrative Tools, Terminal Services Configuration.
Right-click RDP-Tcp, and go to Properties.
On the Client Settings tab, make sure that Audio Mapping is NOT
checked.
Last, if you are using PXESCONFIG to create customized boot files for
your terminals, make sure that you check "Redirect Sound".
