Cnet Pro200 NIC

Is anyone using the Cnet Pro200 Card - Davicom dm9102.

I note that this question was asked in August 2003 but does not appear to
have been asked.

I'm getting Tx Timeouts and DHCP not working to a Win2000 server that works
ok when using
Other makes of network cards when booting off the same CD isoimage.
