I wanted to create a list of server under the bootlogo. At first I put
only one server and I could connect to the server. Everything was fine...
BUT then I put the other 7 servers in the boot menu, same appsrv.ini,
everything was the same. I copied only the 3 lines from
pxelinux.cfg\default (again and again...) and edit pxes.msg. ...and what
happened? Yes, right! I couldn't connect to the server again. After this I
deleted 7 servers and it worked again, so I could connect to the server.
That's crazy...

My final version has instead of names from the server just only the ip and
it really works with all 8 servers. I can believe it. But I want to
understand it. ICA was not interested in any possibility of server-name. I
tried this following: $servername, $servername.$domainname and
$servername.$domainname.local (last is the line what the command prompt
under windows shows me if I send a ping to one of the server).

Best thing ever would be to mix the application server and the server
itself to one bootmenu but I think that is not supported by the ica client
/ appsrv.ini, isn't it?
