Re: Problem with health insurance card keyboard

Are you using PCs or thin clients ?
I've seen a similar problem with other type of reader (magnetic) that
produces such kind of random errors (changing case), but always on thin
client and not on Dell PCs turned to thin clients (electrical problems,
perhaps).
