I don't have the error log, but here is what happened...... -installed fedora 3 and pxes 1.0 -ran pxesconfig and made just a standard image -when the thin client workstation booted it would boot up and halt just before X windows would start with the error (this is when I used the XFree86 4): fatal error X server not running, check configuration -when I used the XFree86 3 configuration it would halt on a grey screen with just the mouse pointer. -tried local X windows session image with success. (....tried installing ltsp to see if I had a wierd configuration error somewhere, but ltsp ran smoothly on the client using pxes) -modified the pxes 1.0 image using pxesconfig and selected no acceleration using XFree86 4.....THIS WORKED! thanks ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by Oracle Space Sweepstakes Want to be the first software developer in space?
