Dearest, PXES mailing-list users / developers : ... Is there any problem using mandrake ? May be this will help : Use Mandrake 10 or Mandrake 10.1. Mandrake 9.0 work too, but it's too old (for me :) ). Place the PXES packages in the same fodler : - mknbi-1.2-6.noarch.rpm - Glade-Perl-0.60-1.noarch.rpm - pxes-base-i586-1.0-6.i386.rpm (use the latest release) - pxesconfig-1.0-7.noarch.rpm (use the latest release) - Gtk-Perl-0.7008-36.1.i386.rpm Be sure we have dhcp-server and tftp-server installed, or try : "urpmi dhcp-server tftp-server" Then, from folder we place the the packages : "rpm -Uvih *.rpm --nodeps" Next, try "/opt/bin/pxesconfig". Add the entry to "/etc/fstab' like sugested. Try "/opt/bin/pxesconfig" There're always 2 deppendencies : libpng.so.2 and gzip=>1.3 We can ignore them with --nodeps Hope it help ...
