RE: desparately trying to get pxe-boot version of pxes working...

Latest information (as indicated in the HOWTO page) is now in PXES Wiki
(http://pxes.sf.net/wiki).
PREBUILT images are intended as DEMONSTRATION images, and despite the
fact that you override most of the configuration using Remote
Configuration options you will obtain a better result with a customized
image.
If you think that some info is missing from PXES Wiki (and really is),
start a topic, page or add some comments to discussion pages.
That's the only way to improve it.
