pxes-tftp-1.0-6.zip problems

This is a summary of the problems I've seen:

- pxes-tftp-1.0-6.zip are missing files. I replaced the missing files
  with those from pxes-tftp-0.9-1.zip
- The PXE boot menu complains that the kernel images are corrupt.
  (I don't recall the precise text). I replaced the kernel images 
  with those from pxes-tftp-0.9.1.zip.
- I also made other changes to pxelinux.cfg/default, but I believe
  them to be inconsequential.

With these fixes, I could boot PXES.
