I've the same problem. Actually I'm working on it but I don't know if
it's yet solved.

To start with, you should choose to "wait for a keypressed before enter
in session" in pxesconfig and modified the message options in order to
ease the logout sequence for Windows users.

I'm recompiling the kernel. If it works, I'll upload a 2.4.20 PXES
kernel version with ATX support.
