Solved.

With the original kernel 2.4.20 this doesn't happened, only with my new
rebuilded kernel with ACPI and APM.

After swearing me it was with every PC, finally my customer's system
administrator has reported me it was his fault because it was just in
one single PC model which has the Power Management checked on in the
BIOS for 20min of inactivity, so the NIC went to sleep and the Windows
server disconnected the session.

Next time, I'll write this in the kernel parameters at booting time.
