hi folks,

Everything works fine but now my customer want to have a pxes-image with a
solution from 1280 x 1024 x 32. It sounds really really simple but no
image works.

Also with XFree3* as XFree 4.3...no machine can start the X-server. My
real machine here with i810 check 32bit with any solution (640x480,
800x600, 1024x768). Everytime I got the same error.

"[...]
Given depth (32) is not supported by i810 driver"
[...]
Fatal server error:
no screens found
[...]
ERROR: X is not running, check configuration
[...]"

In my VMware Workstation 4.5.2 got the same problem: system could not
start (I can't see the error because everything is blank). My customer
tried with ATI-cards and a GeForce4... with the same result.

Is the general problem the 32bit depth or got XFree any problems?

Thanks
Stephan
