iaxComm looks fine (Win32, GNU/Linux and MacOS X versions), but I've to
ask you why not using a SIP softphone. Probably they would be the "de
facto" standar in few time, and there are a lot of SIP softphones from
several brands and platforms.

iax should only work with Asterisk and other iax softphones which are
the smaller group in the softphones world.
