My question is... Are you setting up the thin client? or is someone else? If it works in your office, and mouse/keyboard do not work when someone else sets it up... try reversing the mouse & keyboard... (keyboard in mouse port/mouse in keyboard port?) If that dosn't work... it may be the brand of keyboard/mouse or the combination there of. I believe you said it works fine when you have it in your office... so I doubt it's a configuration problem. Is the keyboard & mouse on-site a usb keyboard/mouse? ... look for the other variances.
