PXES citrix published application

Hi

Is there a howto in configuring PXES to boot to a citrix published 
application. (in 1024*768, fullscreen) I'm using "pxes-1.0-15PB-2.6.iso"

(I do not want to directly connect to a ica-server since I have 5 servers 
that are load balanced)

I'm all new to PXES, so give me all you got.
