Re: Continued issues when deploying to VIA Eden target....

Did you try removing the build/linux directory and
reconstructing the kernel?  As I recall, even "Build Force"
isn't sufficient to change the processor type -- you have
to reconfigure and rebuild the kernel from scratch.

I don't really know about the NIC issue, but the via
rhine is used by the d-link dfe-530-tx adapter ...
