[qplus] skell-proj

Hi,
	Hcyun,
		Why skell-proj contains prebuilt tinyx-blackbox in
skell-proj/target/usersupp/usr/bin?. Because sometimes
bsp does not required this desktop manager. 

It is good for DemoApp folder to contain c, c++, java
source files. But all other folders should be empty.
