qplus_user_guide.pdf missing page 51-53?

When I view the qplus_user_guide.pdf in either KGhostView or acroread 
pages 51-53 appear with no text at all (blank). The text from page 50 
does not seem to continue on page 54, so it seems I am really missing 3 
pages. As I want to try to add a package to Target Builder these pages 
seem crucial, explaining the format of the QPD file. Any help 
appreciated.
