Hi All,

I am setting up a new RTAI computer. I have picked the following
Motherboard/CPU. As this CPU has no built in Intel Graphics, I will
start with an old PCI Express video card that presently works in another
RTAI setup. (forget what it is at the moment and can't look)

Intel Core i7-6800K Broadwell 3.4GHz LGA 2011-3 Boxed Processor

ASUS X99-Deluxe II LGA 2011-V3 ATX Intel

I need 4 PCI cards, and I have tested the PCI Express to PCI adapter in
the older RTAI setup, and it seems to work

StarTech.com PCI Express to PCI Adapter Card (PEX1PCI1)

I hate getting "new stuff" for linux on a good day, and maybe more so
for RTAI. But, I want lots of PCI express bandwidth (for ~0 jitter
etc), and need to use some USB3 for video capture:(. RAID 1 would be
nice, and I do want this to be impressive, not some old computer, Some
computer/machine controller "guys" will see this.

I plan to pick this up tomorrow (Monday Nov 14th). Any comments welcome
before then!

Thanks
Doug
