Thanks for your suggestions.

None of them seem directly applicable to linuxcnc, because we can have 0, 1, or
many hard real-time tasks at the time we need to switch UIDs.

Anyway, I'll modify my expectations about RTAI LXRT, thanks for the speedy
response.
