I have copied GNUmakefile.in (missing in other directories inside
testsuite/kthreads) from
the offifical rtai project: http://cvs.gna.org/cvsweb/magma/?cvsroot=rtai
and the issue is resolved.

So these files are missing in the git repository of shabby...
