The fault remains at the latency calibration: rtai_lxrt_invoke+0xda5/0x1b30 [rtai_sched]. To me that means that likely you are not trying what found at "https://www.rtai.org/userfiles/downloads/RTAICONTRIB/rtai-5.0.1.tar.bz2", as I suggested. It should solve your troubles.
