This list may not be a very cool one. Nonetheless it should still be a 
good way to get some help when RTAI matters.

If your problem is just EFLTK then it has been ours also and has been 
solved by using qrtailab, as found at: 
https://www.rtai.org/userfiles/downloads/RTAILAB/.

Its use within the Matlab suite has been verified for quite a bit of 
time, in a series of aeroelastic active control tests of a PhD candidate.

Very recently, thanks to tom@shanghai and Roberto (Bucher one of the 
affectionate RTAI maintainers) a couple of problems have been fixed also 
for its use with scilab-scicoslab.

So you should try what happens by resorting to the above mentioned link. 
At this very moment you'll find version 0.1.12 which should be good for 
Matlab already. The next week there will be 0.1.13 with Tom's fix in place.

Moreover I see you have an i7-6700 cpu which, waiting for the 
approaching rtai-5.1, likely needs rtai-5.0.1, as found at
https://www.rtai.org/userfiles/downloads/RTAICONTRIB/
