GNA is defunct. We have decided to stay on a free repository and opted for savannah.gnu.org. Unfortunately we stepped on a very strict GPL person, in relation to licensing included within RTAI, so that we are still trying (struggling) to comply with that guy requests. A bit troublesome, in fact gna.org was a kind of half-brother-sister to savannah, and there were no problems. I hope we are close to an end, but looking at how it went up to now, I'm not so sure. In any case RTAI development has continued, using internal repositories, in house and we are close to the first test release for 5.1, possibly next week.
