You can use RTL-lwIP: http://rtl-lwip.sourceforge.net/ to allow your RT-Tasks to send and receive packets by means of sockets, BUT keep in mind that that won't be real-time communications. RTL-lwIP is a full TCP/IP stack for RTLinux. You can also take a look at RTSOCK. Best Regards.
