Hi,kali 
  I suggest you to use the rtl_lwip, then you can handle the packages in 
the real time thread using this TCP/IP stack.. As Robert Kavaler write, 
only the UDP can be considered real time in certain cases. I’m doing some 
research about this issue. But now I meet some problems with how to compute 
the trans time of the packages. If you are interested., you can send me for 
more communication.
