if you want ,please test the no-stress-script1 & 2 from 
http://www.rtlinux-gpl.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/rtlinux-3.2-rc1/doc/builder/

if something went wrong or could be made better,more convenient mail me, i am the author of this scripts and will try to made it better then.
