It is an application where an old PC is connected to our embedded
products with synchronous link.

We've added a 85230 chipset on our card to be able to do synchronous
serial.

I've planned to do an rt_com_zilog for the 85230 like rt_com using the
same functions to read/write/setup the ports...

Bye.

Hi Marc,

I've done some RTLinux stuff using a Zilog 85230 on a synchronous PCI
card

from Quatech (MPA-100). The application communicated via HDLC at 10hz,
in

and out.

Unfortunately the documentation is not good, and the supplier was not
very

helpful. They do not have any support for this card under Linux.

What is your application? Maybe I can help.

Regards,

Harry

HDLC...)
