I don't have time to view your code, but you can thest the multithreaded 
example provided in RTL-lwIP. That is: a server socket that creates new 
threads with new connections to handle each new incoming request. 

I didn't have your problem when using this example, so maybe the problem is 
elsewhere. Test the RTL-lwIP example and if everything works fine then review 
your code.
