rt_com_zilog driver for Zilog 85230 (asynchronous and synchonous serial link)

Hello eveybody, 
 
As sayed before in a previous mail, I've worked to do an rt_com_zilog
for RTLinux based with the same function prototypes than rt_com for uart
16550 (rt_com_read, rt_com_write, rt_com_setup,...) 
If people are interested and want to make some tests, they are wellcome
! 
Here I've tested in classic asynchronous mode, and in bisync (16 bits)
mode. 
The driver is based on many GPL codes, and I will release it later
(actually at least some cleanups should be done before).
