Insall instruction

Hi,
    Your distribution after unzipping, will look like the following
CVS view.
   http://www.rtlinux-gpl.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/rtlinux-3.2-pre3/

    Probably you might be looking at README.html 1.3 (which is same as
README of 1.4, it is in text view.). So in doc directory only having files
INSTALLATION,
Configuration.help etc.  There is no html directory sitting under it.
    What ever CVS view is there, if you are getting the same with your
unzipped
(taking which version of the distribution into consideration), you can say,
whether you got all the files or not.
