Re: '#sh scripts/insrtl' FREEZES PC Why?

Hi,
Before I did not notice the hunk failure.
This time it says as follow;

*** deleted intentionaly ***
The next patch would delete the file .config,
which does not exist!  Assume -R? [n]
Apply anyway? [n]
Skipping patch.
1 out of 1 hunk ignored
 *** deleted intentionaly ***
Hunk #1 FAILED at 1.
1 out of 1 hunk FAILED -- saving rejects to file
Makefile.rej

 *** deleted intentionaly ***

and this seems quite serious, because
last time when I could come to the script excursion,
I never noticed these hunk error.

Would you tell if this should be avoided or 
ignorable  ie: minor error message?

If major, what can I do to avoid having this hunk message?
