Help needed on the network connection of RTLinux

Hello, everyone

I'm using rtlinux-3.2-pre3 on the top of Red Hat 9.0(linux-2.4.20). I
can connect to the internet in the normal Red Hat platform and it
works fine. But if I choose to boot Rtlinux from the boot menu, the
system can not find the ethernet card(before I really "start"
rtlinux). I have no idea about it. Anybody has the similar experience?
Who can tell me how I can figure out the problem?
