Hello,

Im running Ubuntu 5.04 on a PowerBook G4. Whilst following the
Installation for RTLinux-3.2-pre2 instructions I hit a
wall at kernel configuration. When i entered "make
dep" I got this junk back:

root@pseudi:/usr/src/linux# make dep
gcc -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes -O2 -fomit-frame-pointer
-I/usr/src/linux-2.4.20-rtl3.2-pre2/arch/ppc -o scripts/mkdep
scripts/mkdep.c
make: gcc: Command not found
make: *** [scripts/mkdep] Error 127
root@pseudi:/usr/src/linux#

Any one know whats wrong? or how to fix it?

Thanks,

Mike :)
