Dear Hofrat,

The system is a portable cPCI PC and I can't disable power saving
option from BIOS. Is this an answer to your "idle system" question?(i
have written to company, no answer yet) If not, how can I learn it? If
yes, what system would you recommend me if fast execution time and
fastest response time are requirements and stability of course.

Are HT,  Core 2 Duo, 64bit, multicore cpu etc. suitable? I couldn't
find any related topic through google..
