excuses  , you pay all costs of freight both ways.

We provide advance replacement parts for a minimal charge, they only
sell expensive service contracts.

We provide 3 year HD, motherboard and power supply warranties ( backed
by the manufacturers: WD, SuperMicro, Zippy)
They provide 1 year of stalling and excuses "Why didn't you buy the
service contract?"

They throw in a "free" rack"
Sure they do.
Tell you what, you buy 40 of ours and we will throw in a "free" aluminum
