Ok It was my misunderstanding. I took a walk and when I came back it had 
completed the download.  I had completely forgotten about the 32 bit 
integer overflow showing negative numbers. However it only took 2.5 
hours using FIrefox. I  have a cable hookup so it runs at about 400 
KB/sec. Thanks for the helps.
