Proposal for testing anaconda updates

Hey folks! Thought the list might be interested in this, so I'm sending
it along:

it's an idea I had for solving the problem of testing anaconda updates,
which we currently just don't have a good way to do. I would like to
see a system which would a) let us test them automatically with openQA,
and b) provide a compose for people to run manual tests with.
