The work has been started on the Anaconda implementation of the spec,
the parsing & writing of the config file is more or less done and next
is the actual integration with Anaconda, so that it respects the config
file and correctly records spoke visits.

I plan to have the implementation ready for the F25 timeframe with a
reasonable margin.
